In order to operate CDB services and to reduce the risk of fraud, CDB, LLC (“CDB” or “we”) must ask you to provide us information about yourself and your credit card and/or bank account. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we use that information. CDB takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties. This Privacy Policy applies to all services that are offered directly by CDB, Inc. and does not apply to services offered by other entities.

Collection of Personal Information

For example, when subscribing to a service which involves a third party to facilitate the service your personal information will be shared. Merchant Services, for example, provides your contact information to affiliate program owners only with your consent so they can respond to specific customer requests to join their affiliate networks. Without this relationship, Merchant Services could not provide its service to you. These uses of personal information are primary to the operation of the site.

We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, such as packaging and delivering purchases and other mailings, providing customer service, performing statistical analysis of our services, or providing other essential elements of the site. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the product or service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. For example, CDB shares your personal information with third parties to collect and merge your personal information into your CDB profile for an improved and personalized customer experience on this Web site.

Control of Personal Information
